Suddenly she hears the alarm clock ringing and she sits bolt upright in her bed, covered in a cold sweat. "What the... it's 4:30 in the morning!" She looks at the alarm clock. It's set for 7 AM. It hadn't rung at all. She shivers, trying to get that awful dream out of her head.

Virginia settled back in bed, skillfully transitioning from present to past tense, and wished she could wake up as she did every other day--sunlight gleaming through the blinds, and usually with five minutes to get ready before she would hear the roar of her commuter bus pass her home without her on it. With no time to shower, she would end up reaching for the bottle of Chanel No. 5, would spray some on, and would throw on her favorite pinstriped suit with a silky pale blue cami giving just the perfect amount of color to enhance her steel blue eyes.....

But not this time. This time she lay awake in the darkened room, wondering what the hell just happened. She felt cold.

Then she remembered...the concert tonight! Yea! Finally a chance to wear those awesome new boots, and maybe even a chance for concert sex!

"Well, ginnybean," she said to herself, "you better haul your butt out of bed and get ready for the day!"

With the concert in mind and those sexy new boots staring back at her from the corner of her room. Ginny rolls out of bed so early that she doesn't quite know what to do with herself. This must be what normal people do in the morning. She slowly saunters over to the closet and grabs her red silky robe slipping it over her cool bare skin. Since she has the extra time, Ginny decides to make some fresh coffee while she is getting ready. Then the phone rings, Ginny cannot imagine who is calling at this time of the morning...

Two cups of coffee and a Pop Tart later, and after a shower, Virginia felt more awake. As she pulled on her jeans, she remembered her dream and laughed at the thought of a business suit and Chanel No. 5. The phone rang again as she was grabbing her smock, ready to go catch the bus.

As she runs down the street to catch her bus, she notices that across from her apartment building a familiar brown jacket fitting the stature of a shorter built man. A panic suddenly hits her as he turns around and looks straight at her. Her bus pulls up and she jumps in, finding a seat and looking out the window as he slowly fades into the background.

Damn it... why won't Bob leave her alone?

Picking up the phone and dialing information she places a call to her old college 'friend' Belinda. She arranged to meet her for coffee at 'the shop' that her and Bob were at. If he is stalking her, he'll be there.
Now, time to concentrate on work...then a date!

Later that day, Virginia walked into the coffee shop, looked around, and finally spotted a woman sitting alone.

"Belinda, is that you?" she asked. "I can't believe that you.....

call up Bob. So just as Virginia reaches for her cell phone the coffee shop door swings open and who walks in but Belinda's brother Bill. Bill saunters over to the table looking as if he just stepped of of the pages of GQ. "Hey Belinda....

He winked jokingly, knowing full well that their parents had been married ever since they were very young so . . . it was still as though they'd been blood family. He couldn't help teasing her though. He helped himself to a seat across from Virginia, giving her a smooth crooked grin, pearly whites dazzling in the sunlight that beamed in. It was like he had a spotlight on him. Midnight-colored hair was combed neatly back, he could've passed for Superman in Clark Kent's suit.

"I'm not interrupting anything, am I," Bill asked politely, noticing Virgina's attempt to call someone.
