In a couple of weeks we're having a big family luau. His mother has been planning this family party for over a year now. Everyone has been asked to bring a dish or two to pass and to try and keep it Hawaiian based.

So, anyone know a good recipe that would go with the feel of luau?

I try stay away from meat based dishes when I have to bring a dish to pass. I usually stick to desserts, but sometimes bring a side dish, but I am open to any suggestions.

Also looking for any good Hawaiian themed alcoholic drinks. I'm thinking of Wopatoola (sp?), but I dont have a recipe for that.
