I was diagnosed with PCOS and IBS within 6months of each other. I went on BCP's to regulate my cyle but do to lack of insurrance I had to stop taking them at the end of my pack in June I had my normal pill period that month.
I have had four real AF's since then All which have lasted 3-4 days moderate to heavy. My cycles since being of the pill have been between 28-38 days. I have a few questions
I have been having these strange fluttering feelings for the last few months is this normal? This has really scared me so i took a digtal hpt in mid october it said not pregnant can I trust the result. I haven't had sex since the last month of the pill we used a condom as well.
*Could this just be ovary pains i'm so confused?
*Is it normal to have a 3-4 day AF? mine use to be 5-7 before BCP but i only got it every 3 months or so.

It's not likely that you're pregnant. But to be sure, check with a doctor or a family planning clinic (if you've lost your insurance, the second option may be more accessible). Home pregnancy tests do not work if you're several months along. I'm not sure exactly where the cutoff is, but they are only reliable in early pregnancy.
To be pregnant, you'd have to have gotten pregnant the last time you had sex or sooner--and when you're on the pill and using a condom too, the chances are miniscule. Assuming, though, that they both failed, you'd then have to have had your periods through pregnancy. That's not impossible either, but again, it is very, very rare. Having a very light period or two at the beginning of pregnancy isn't so rare, but having it last through four cycles (five counting the last pill period) is. Put together the rarity of both those occurrences, and you'd have to be a highly exceptional case to be pregnant. On top of that, PCOS usually causes partial or complete infertility. If you were trying to get pregnant, chances are that you'd have trouble because of your PCOS.
I don't know what the fluttery feeling might be, but ovarian pain feels more like menstrual cramps, anywhere from mild to severe. Sometimes it's sharper and more clearly definable; you can feel it right on the ovary. I speak from experience on that.
Finally, it's entirely possible that going on and off the pill altered the length of your periods, at least for the time being. It may be that you haven't returned to ovulatory cycles yet, or that something else is going on with your hormones. If you have PCOS, that right there makes periods out of whack. Combine that with hormone withdrawal, and it's no surprise you're experiencing a changed cycle.

Thanks for the advice Green tea. I am not trying to get pregnant. I do realize that PCOS cause infertility but I have also read women can become regular for awhile after stopping BCP. I don't have a job or much money being that I am a recent college grad. I have found a free pregnancy clinic in my area that does urine test would this be accurate for me?

I have found a free pregnancy clinic in my area that does urine test would this be accurate for me? Ask at the clinic. I would think a urine test would be essentially the same as a home pregnancy test. If they have qualified professionals on staff, they should offer other kinds of pregnancy tests too, and be able to tell you what would be accurate or not and why. And is this a family planning clinic, or a "crisis pregnancy" center? I put the second one in quotes because most of them are about shaming rather than helping. They draw women in with the offer of a free pregnancy test, and then if she is pregnant (women seeking out that sort of thing are more often than not) they pull out all the stops to shame and scare her into having the baby. This is supposed to be an alternative to abortion, stopping women who would otherwise have them. But most such crisis pregnancy centers provide little or no help when it comes to actually having the baby, and they typically do not have anyone medically trained on staff. They wouldn't be able to give you any medical advice beyond telling you if a urine test, that you could take at home, is positive or not. What you need, given your situation, is qualified professionals who will give you accurate information. Planned Parenthood, a county health department clinic, or some other similar nonprofit, if such exist in your area, would be more likely to provide the kind of help you need.

I believe its a crisis pregnancy center. I am trying to find a place that does a reasonable blood testing in my area the only place I have found is pp and its 40 dollars. I'm so worried I'm not sure if I should try and find away to pay for the test or not worry about it being that I have not missed a AF.

If you're that worried about being pregnant, and my detailing how unlikely it is didn't set your mind at ease, a test may be the only thing that will.
If you can get past the worried feelings, though, and look at it logically, it's next door to impossible that you could be pregnant. But given the health issues you do have, your symptoms could indicate something else, and probably do. Maybe it's the PCOS and IBS that you already know you have. Maybe it's something else. What you need is good medical advice that would encompass all that, not just being told that you're not pregnant.
Where I used to live, there was a health department women's clinic that charged on a sliding scale. If you were so strapped that $40 would break the bank, you wouldn't have had to pay at all. And I found their service much better than the local Planned Parenthood's. Does your county have such a thing? Might there be other nonprofit clinics in your area?
