Hi all,

Last month I got done with my Laparascopy to remove a cyst in my right ovary.

This cycle, my doctor prescribed 5 days of clomid-100mg from day 3 and after a vaginal scan on day 10, (which showed good growth of some 4 follicles) gave me an hcg trigger shot. She advised that my dh and I get together on days 10 and 11, 12 as best days to conceive before possible ovulation. on day 12 when i returned,a vaginal scan revealed that an egg was already released and she was happy with things. Now its all upto the higher force to make things happen.

While I am on this nervous 2ww,can anyone please share their success stories taking clomid and hcg?

This would really help me stay positive and focused.

I didn't want to ignore your post, though I have not taken clomid or hcg. I'm familiar with a few women's stories here, and they have had success with clomid.

I've had success with Clomid. Every round I've taken it I've gotten pregnant. I haven't used the trigger shot as part of my treatment though.
