hey everyone Im feeling a bit worse than I have been today but i suppose thats what happens.. up and down. I dont feel anything really, its just when I think of my bf I get the sinking panicy feeling, cuz Im scared I dont feel the same about him/want to break up with him/ someone else etc. I know what you mean Ali, its so hard to tell yourself to stop thinking these things, when its not you thinking them in the first place, its your subconcious mind. I have been getting a nice feeling when I think of my bfs house etc, but yesterday I had a worry that I was only with my bf cuz I liked his house and stuff.. and he made a joke about me eating all the food wen I go round there lol ( I do like his dads cooking hehe) and I started to really worry that I was only with him because of that!! It seems so stupid but I just cant seem to rationalise the thoughts. p.s the parsley stories have had me laughing hehe xxxx

Ooh no I missed it, hang on... Well I've been good for most of the month , only had unprotecteds around my period and I've done 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative, but if it doesn't come in the next day or so I'll do another one, I might do one this lunchtime anyway just to put my mind at ease, so expensive though. Bloody clear blue one-step! Or not bloody, unfortunately, heehee, sorry, gross! 48 hours with the bloomin parsley pants! Bah, that's gonna be a romantic start to the holiday tomorrow, oh darling, darling... what the hell is that growing out of your fanny?! Have you been naughty this month then D? Do you think there is any chance you might be preggers? Good luck, I hope it comes soon, we can be parsley pants together anyway! Ooh, just got a cramp! Lots of love, xx

Ahh, the old questioning! I think our brains will keep clutching at random things just to confuse us further, honestly Rosie don't worry about things like that, we've all had loads of weird paranoias; do I like someone else, am I gay (that one's the worst!), am I only staying with him out of comfort and familiarity etc etc they always pass and then a new one turns up to stress you out!
Chloe, are you around? How's it going?
xx

Oh really? I really need to start taking notice of these things a bit more instead of just going "hmm, seems a bit much today!" Duh!
Are you going to take a test? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you sweetie, I know this would be such a lame time for any of us to get pregnant!

Ahh, you poor thing, I hate it when it's so heavy you think you're gonna leave a puddle on the seat when you get up! And you have to waddle around with a big maxipad nappy as well as a tampon!

I just read that dong quai is apparently very good for excessive menstrual flow, and it helps with pms blues and cramps. My cramps are non existant thanks to evening primrose oil and dong quai. I dont even have to take a paracetamol anymore, before Id be in bed crying taking ibuprofen and hot water bottles, nothing was helping. Painful periods means that you are deficient in minerals. Calcium & magnesium, evening primrose and dong quai will sort you right out missy. Theres a website I buy mine from www.burstingwithhealth.co.uk cheap and chirpy bascially! and false unicorn root is supposed to be good for excessive flow too, seing as my flow has decreased to light flow I am happy with my combinations of supplements
