If you have an IUD in place, you can chart manually if you want to, but you cannot use a Pearly, it is clearly stated in the instructions, because it does not only evaluate your cycle, but it takes into account the database stored in it from 686 women.

So wearing an IUD, since it alters you body by causing an inflammation, can be a problem for the machine to make comparisons and give you correct interpretations!

Plus, I'm not sure why you're charting (with such an expensive machine) if you're already on another form of contraception.
